So I called her and told her to send over my Reckless Road book cus I forgot that one. And then she burst out laughing.
It's not even funny.
And I greeted her a happy birthday as well.
I saw it on the news, it was everywhere - the disaster. I think the storm/flood affected most of the northern part of the region. Cars were floating and under water. So many people died, and the news said that TWO more storms are coming, one particularly this Thurs. Kinda freaky.
During the storm, I stayed inside; I watched TV, and even talked to a call centre agent cus we were having problems with our internet connection. It was kinda funny cus we were pretty chill. But the next day, when we went out to buy food, man, outside, it looked like a warzone, but, not as bad as the other places. We were lucky.
On a happier note~
It's great to see friends again - old and new.
And, one of my friends, Ian - he lives in the northern part of the metro, right. He called me and told me that they're house is under water, well, not all of it, just the first floor. And, his room is in the first floor...
Huda, babes, good luck with the exams.
